How to add multiple exchange accounts in outllok 2010

How to add the multiple exchange accounts in Outlook 2010
In outlook 2007/2010 we can add three users accounts & can manage from a single location.
In previous versions of Outlook, you could add multiple Exchange accounts, but it’d create different “Profile” for each of them. When you open Outlook it would force you to choose only one profile to start with. , An Outlook Mail Profile could handle any number of email accounts (HTTP, POP3, …) but only one Exchange account.
Now with Outlook 2010, you can add multiple Exchange accounts also and use them at the same time
If you are upgrading from Outlook 2007 and you have two or more Exchange accounts, Outlook 2010 will NOT merge them together
Let’s do the Lab:
1.        Go the win XP, VISTA, Win 7 machine -----
2.        Start---control panel-----mail-----right click----open----now click on show profiles (to open the users profiles)------click add for add the new profile in outlook-----type profile name (anuj), anuj is the user name----click ok------ now click on Manually configure server settings or additional server types----click on Next-----select the Microsoft Exchange or compatible services------ click on Next------Type Server Name (Ex:- van-ex1.adatum.com)--- click on Use Cached Exchange mode (use for work in Cached or offline mode in outlook)----- type user name (Anuj)------ click on check name button to verify the user is available with exchange mailbox or not------click on next----click on Finish to complete the user profile account.
3.        Click on Ok to close the Mail option---- close the control panel.
4.        Now Open the outlook 2010:-   Start-----all programs-----Microsoft Office------ Microsoft Outlook 2010-------ok.
5.        Here you can see that both users account (ARUN / ANUJ) mailboxes are displaying ,  If both user mailboxes are not displaying in the Outlook 2010, then follow these steps
6.        In the Outlook 2010---- click on File-----account settings button------select account settings-----ok.
7.        Under the Email Option----- click on New--- now click on Manually configure server settings or additional server types----click on Next-----select the Microsoft Exchange or compatible services------ click on Next------Type Server Name (Ex:- van-ex1.adatum.com)--- click on Use Cached Exchange mode (use for work in Cached or offline mode in outlook)----- type user name (Anuj)------ click on check name button to verify the user is available with exchange mailbox or not------click on next----click on Finish to complete the user profile account.

8.        Here you can see both accounts are add, Arun mailbox & also Anuj mailbox, you can manage both mailbox from here.
9.        Sending the emails from these users :  click on new Email---click on from button-----select user which you want for sending this email (Arun/Anuj)------ now you can send mail for any user
